How many pages and / or photos can I have in my photo book?
A hardbound MemoryBook must contain at least 20 sheets (10 double-sided); the maximum number of sheets for a MemoryBook is 160 (80 double-sided).

MemoryBooks can be single or double-sided. A single-sided book contains photos on 20 pages, while a double-sided book contains 10 with photos on the front and rear of the page. There is no additional charge for double-side pages.

In addition, each page of your MemoryBook can contain up to three photos, with the exception of the cover and title pages, which contain one photo each.

Can I use both landscape and portrait photos in a photo book?
MemoryBooks are designed in a landscape format, but they can accommodate both types of photos. Different layouts are offered to accommodate a variety of photos.

What are the sizes of the photo books? MemoryBooks are 10.43 x 8.66 inches in size.

How long do MemoryBook orders take?
Once you place your order, we'll create, process it and post it out within 5 business days. Once your order has been posted, please allow 2-4 business days for it to arrive (1st class mail).

What is the return/refund policy for MemoryBooks?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are ever dissatisfied with your MemoryBook order, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund.

Can I post a photo book directly to a friend? Yes -- your MemoryBook order can be posted to any address in the UK. The packing slip included with a MemoryBook order does not have prices on it so is suitable for a gift. Please note that all the items in your shopping cart must ship to the same address. For instance, we cannot ship MemoryBooks to one address, and your prints to another. If you need to order some items for yourself, and some for a friend, you'll need to place two separate orders.
