Credit cards for our services and products, as well as
VISA electron, VISA Debit cards and Switch and Solo Debit
cards. We do not accept personal cheques, money orders
or purchase orders for online purchases. |

How do I check
the status of my order? |

Log into your account
and from there you can visit the Order History page.
This will be tracking your current orders, and also keeping
a record of all orders placed within the last 12 months.
You will be emailed as soon as we receive your order,
and we will also email you to let you know when your
order is ready for despatch.

Why does it say that an account with
my email address already exists? |

You may have come to Truprint previously
and registered to view a friend's photos, or you were
interrupted while you were registering. This message
means you already have an account with Truprint. To access
your Truprint account, you'll need to log in with your
email and password. Go to the login page
Tip: If you forgot your password, click on the 'forgot
password' link next to the 'log in' button, and enter
your email address. We'll send your password to you.
